What People Think

Great centre.

Tennis courts, Astro pitches, room for dancing etc.

Small food shop where you can buy a toasty at lunchtime and grab a tea and coffee or some sweets. Very reasonable priced as well.

d3ekster

Excellent sports facilities in the heart of the community. Plenty of parking and loads of walking and cycling routes nearby with spectacular views.

Nicholas Clark

Well run and a superb asset for the community

Kevin Fawl

Cracking community hub, with plenty of state-of-the-art pitches for football and tennis, a little cafe for a pick me up, there is also a gym, a nail salon and a hairdresser as well.

Also, you can book the function room for parties for all ages and they have a bar as well which comes in handy.

Paul Girdwood

I absolutely love this place. Friendly and helpful with so much to do in one place from playing sports to nails being done. Ideal for everyone

Anne Goswell

Great place. Community focused. Very friendly. An asset for South Queensferry.

Announcement – Allan Carson, General ManagerQueensferry Sports & Community Hub would like to announce that Allan Carson is stepping down from his role as General Manager after many years of dedicated service. For those who may not be aware, Allan was the driving force behind the Community Asset Transfer (CAT) in 2011. At that time, the Hub's building and facilities were in a derelict and dilapidated condition, but Allan had a vision for what the site could become. With a background in rugby, Allan initially focused on the existing rugby facilities, soon followed by ambitious plans to develop football, tennis and gym facilities. In 2013, the Hub became a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO), marking another important milestone in its development.Through Allan's vision, determination and years of hard work, what was once a neglected site has been transformed into the thriving community facility we know today. The Hub now offers an impressive range of facilities, including 11, 7 and 5-a-side 3G football pitches, three all-weather tennis courts, a fully equipped gym and fitness classes, a movement therapy room, cafΓ©, bar, function room and car park. The Hub has not simply survived over the years; it has gone from strength to strength, becoming a valued community asset that brings people together through sport, wellbeing and social connection.Allan's dedication and commitment have helped shape the Hub into what it is today, and his legacy will live on through the facilities, opportunities and sense of community that generations of local people will continue to enjoy. On behalf of the Board of Trustees and everyone associated with Queensferry Sports & Community Hub, we would like to express our sincere thanks to Allan for his many years of service and the significant contribution he has made to both the Hub and the wider community. We wish Allan all the very best for the future. ...
